You can contact vT16 in many ways, the most common is using our ticket database.. And we strongly recommend using tickets for the fastest and the best possible response from one of our technicians... Its important that you explain your issue in a best possible way,so that we can give you the best possible answer for your question.

vT16 also offers live chat support. Live chat will be online when an operator is not to busy with tickets or whenever available. Live support has a Sales and Support department, and we kindly ask all clients to only use live support for easy questions or to-do's. If you require something changed, updated, or installed, then please submit a ticket for better support.
